The teAdor story began in 2014 with just two products and one simple, lovely idea: to turn the richness of Moldova's land into treats that are given with love.

Where it starts

A country of orchards, nuts and honey

Moldova is a farming country, known for its orchards, for plums, apricots and walnuts, and for a long beekeeping tradition and fine honey. We wanted to make the most of these natural ingredients and give them a new voice by pairing them with chocolate.

That is how teAdor was born.

Step by step

From two products to a whole collection

  1. 2014

    The beginning: two products and a decision to work only with ingredients from home.

  2. Honey

    From the very start, honey held a place of its own in our recipes. We chose it not only for its taste and natural origin, but for the properties that help our products keep their quality longer.

  3. The recipes

    We grew step by step, developing new recipes, flavour combinations and chocolate collections. Prunes, nuts, apricots, fruit, honey and other carefully chosen ingredients became part of who teAdor is.

  4. The gift

    Alongside them came the pralines and the chocolate creations, made to turn every box into a gift.

To us chocolate is not only taste. It is feeling.

It is the “thank you”, the “I missed you”, the “I was thinking of you” or simply the “I adore you” that is sometimes said more beautifully with a gift.

Beyond the border

From Moldova, out into the world

In time teAdor products crossed Moldova's borders and reached customers in Romania, Japan, France, Spain and Italy.

We are just as glad to meet people from all over the world in our own shops in Moldova, who discover what we make and carry a teAdor box home with them. Every such choice tells us a product made at home has earned trust.
