Terms and conditions

1. The seller

The teador.md online shop is operated by «EGET GRUP» S.R.L., IDNO 1003600080727, registered
at Porumbeni village, 26 Păcii str., MD-4829, Criuleni district, Republic of Moldova. Contact for orders: [email protected]. Shop addresses, telephone numbers
and opening hours are published on the Contacts page and remain the current source of information.

2. Scope

This site sells confectionery manufactured by the seller, gift sets, and bookings for guided
tours of the factory. Each product description states the ingredients, the declared allergens
and the package weight.

3. Placing an order

An order is placed through the shopping cart and is considered accepted when the bank confirms
the payment. From that moment a distance contract is concluded between you and the seller.

Once an order is placed, the goods are reserved for 30 minutes so that payment can be completed.
If payment is not confirmed within that period, the reservation is released automatically
and the goods return to sale.

The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided and states the order number,
its contents, the amount and the pickup point.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include all applicable taxes. The price that applies
is the one displayed when the order is placed. The seller may change prices; this does not affect
orders already paid for.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by card through the e-commerce service of B.C. «MAIB» S.A. Visa and
Mastercard are accepted, with 3-D Secure authentication.

Card details are entered exclusively on the bank's secure page. The seller has no access to the
full card number, the expiry date or the security code, and does not store them. The site receives
only the payment result and the last digits of the card from the bank.

6. Collecting your order

Orders are currently collected in person from the pickup point chosen when ordering. Courier
delivery is not available.

The preparation time depends on the pickup point and is shown at checkout. We notify you by e-mail
when the order is ready. Quoting the order number is enough to collect it.

A paid order is held for 14 calendar days from the date we notify you that it is ready. If it is
not collected within that period, we will contact you using the details given in the order
to agree on a solution.

7. Factory tours

A tour booking is confirmed by paying for the seats in full. The date, time and number of
participants are those stated in the booking; the confirmation and a calendar file are sent
by e-mail.

A booking may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the visit, by e-mail to
[email protected]. In that case the amount is refunded in full or moved to another date,
whichever you prefer.

If a tour is cancelled for reasons attributable to the factory, we notify you immediately and
refund the full amount paid, or offer an alternative date.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract
within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to foodstuffs that deteriorate rapidly, nor to sealed goods that cannot
be returned for reasons of hygiene and were unsealed after delivery. Confectionery falls into this
category: an opened package can no longer be sold.

Withdrawal is therefore possible for orders that have not been collected and for products returned
with the packaging intact and unopened.

9. Defective goods and complaints

If the product you received is damaged, its packaging is compromised, or its contents do not match
the order, please notify us within 48 hours of collection at [email protected], quoting the order
number and attaching a photograph.

We examine the complaint within 14 calendar days at most and communicate our decision by e-mail.
If the complaint is justified, we replace the product or refund the amount, whichever you prefer.

10. Refunds

The amount is refunded to the card used for payment, through the same bank. The seller initiates
the refund within 5 working days of accepting the request. The time it takes for the money to
appear in your account is set by the card issuing bank and is outside the seller's control.

11. Quality and storage

The shelf life of each product is printed on the package and, for most varieties, is 180 days from
the date of manufacture. Products should be kept in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

Ingredients and allergens are stated in each product description. If you have allergies, please
read the ingredients before ordering.

12. Intellectual property

The TeAdor name, the logo, the texts, the photographs and the design of this site belong to the
seller and may not be used without the seller's written consent.

13. Limitation of liability

The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods supplied. The seller is not liable for
interruptions in access to the site caused by communications providers, by the hosting provider,
or by force majeure.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, including Law no. 284/2004 on
electronic commerce and Law no. 105/2003 on consumer protection.

Disputes are settled amicably. Failing agreement, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Protection
and Market Surveillance Agency or to the competent court.

15. Changes to these terms

The seller may amend these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the
site when the order was placed. The date of the last update is shown at the foot of this page.
