Privacy policy

Version 2026-10b. Under Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection, this policy explains
what data we collect on teador.md, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The site teador.md is administered by «EGET GRUP» S.R.L., IDNO 1003600080727, registered at
Porumbeni village, 26 Păcii str., MD-4829, Criuleni district, Republic of Moldova, which acts as the controller of the personal data collected through the site.
For any question about personal data, write to [email protected]. Telephone numbers and opening
hours are published on the Contacts page.

2. What data we collect

When you place an order: your name, telephone number, e-mail address, the pickup point you chose,
the contents of the order, the amount, and your comment if you leave one.

When you book a factory tour: your name, telephone, e-mail, the date chosen and the number
of participants.

When you send a corporate enquiry: the company name, the IDNO if you provide it, the contact
person's name, telephone, e-mail, the print run, the budget and the deadline.

When you tick the consent box in a form: the date and time, the version of this policy, the wording
you accepted, the page language, your IP address and browser type. We keep them as proof of consent.

Automatically, at a technical level: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in the server
logs required for the operation and security of the site.

3. Why we collect it and on what basis

To process your order, booking or enquiry — on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the
consent box in the form and, for orders and bookings, to perform the contract: preparing the order,
informing you of its progress and confirming payment.

To comply with legal obligations: accounting and tax records of sales.

For the seller's legitimate interest: fraud prevention, site security and handling complaints.

Your name, telephone and e-mail are required: without them we cannot fulfil the order or booking
or reply to the enquiry. The comment, IDNO, budget and deadline are optional.

We do not use your data for advertising, we send no newsletters, we make no automated decisions
based on it, and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Card data

Card data never reaches this site. It is entered exclusively on the secure page of B.C. «MAIB» S.A.
The seller receives from the bank only the payment result, the transaction identifier and the last
digits of the card, which are needed to identify the payment and to issue a refund if required.

5. Who we share data with

B.C. «MAIB» S.A. — card payment processing.
Brevo — delivery of confirmation and notification e-mails.
Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting.
Cloudflare — protection and delivery of the site's content.

Each of these providers receives only the data needed for its service. We do not pass data to any
other recipients, except where the law requires it.

6. Transfers abroad

The site's server is located in Germany and Brevo processes data in the European Union — countries
that provide an adequate level of personal data protection. B.C. «MAIB» S.A. processes payment data
in the Republic of Moldova. Cloudflare routes traffic through its global network, including data
centres outside the European Union, under the provider's contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

Data on paid orders and bookings is kept for the periods laid down by the accounting and tax
legislation of the Republic of Moldova, as it constitutes primary accounting records.

Corporate enquiries are kept for 12 months after they are closed.

Unpaid orders and expired bookings are kept for 12 months, so that any complaint can be resolved,
and are then deleted.

Proof of consent is kept for as long as the order, booking or enquiry it relates to.

Technical server logs are kept for 30 days.

8. Your rights

Under Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection you have the right to: request access to the
data concerning you; ask for inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for data to be erased, to the
extent that the law does not require us to keep it; ask for processing to be restricted; receive
the data you provided in a structured format and pass it to another controller (portability);
and object to processing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: write to us at
[email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it,
nor the retention of data the law requires us to keep.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 calendar days at most.
To avoid disclosing data to an unauthorised person, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children. Forms are filled in by persons aged 14 or over; for younger
children, including when booking a factory tour, the data is provided by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Cookies

The site uses a minimal set of cookies, all of them strictly necessary for it to work:

sessionid — keeps your shopping cart and system messages between pages;
csrftoken — protects forms against submission from other sites;
django_language — remembers the language you selected.

In the browser's local storage (localStorage) we keep only a note that you have read the cookie
notice, for 12 months, so that it does not reappear on every page.

The site uses no advertising, tracking or behavioural analytics cookies, carries no social network
pixels, and shares no data with advertising platforms. Strictly necessary cookies do not require
consent, which is why the cookie notice only informs you and does not ask you to choose.

The map on the "Where to find us" page is loaded from Google only after you press the map button;
only then does Google receive your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy.

11. Security

The site operates exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data in the
administration panel is limited to the employees who need it for their work, according to defined
roles. Payment data is not stored.

12. Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may apply to the National Centre for
Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

13. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page, and the
version in the first line of the text.
