1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by «EGET GRUP» S.R.L., IDNO 1003600080727, registered at
Porumbeni village, 26 Păcii str., MD-4829, Criuleni district, Republic of Moldova. For any question about personal data, write to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

When you place an order: your name, telephone number, e-mail address, the pickup point you chose,
the contents of the order, the amount, and your comment if you leave one.

When you book a factory tour: your name, telephone, e-mail, the date chosen and the number
of participants.

When you send a corporate enquiry: the company name, the IDNO if you provide it, the contact
person's name, telephone, e-mail, the print run, the budget and the deadline.

Automatically, at a technical level: IP address, browser type and pages visited, in the server
logs required for the operation and security of the site.

3. Why we collect it

To perform the contract: processing your order, preparing it, informing you of its progress and
confirming payment. Without this data the order cannot be fulfilled.

To comply with legal obligations: accounting and tax records of sales.

For the seller's legitimate interest: fraud prevention, site security and handling complaints.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Card data

Card data never reaches this site. It is entered exclusively on the secure page of B.C. «MAIB» S.A.
The seller receives from the bank only the payment result, the transaction identifier and the last
digits of the card, which are needed to identify the payment and to issue a refund if required.

5. Who we share data with

B.C. «MAIB» S.A. — card payment processing.
Brevo — delivery of confirmation and notification e-mails.
Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting.
Cloudflare — protection and delivery of the site's content.

Each of these providers receives only the data needed for its service. We do not pass data to any
other recipients, except where the law requires it.

6. Where data is processed

The site's server is located in Germany, a country that provides an adequate level of personal data
protection. The providers listed above process data within the European Union.

7. How long we keep data

Data on paid orders and bookings is kept for the periods laid down by the accounting and tax
legislation of the Republic of Moldova, as it constitutes primary accounting records.

Corporate enquiries are kept for 12 months after they are closed.

Unpaid orders and expired bookings are kept for 12 months, so that any complaint can be resolved,
and are then deleted.

Technical server logs are kept for 30 days.

8. Your rights

Under Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data you have the right to: request access
to the data concerning you; ask for inaccurate data to be corrected; ask for data to be erased,
to the extent that the law does not require us to keep it; object to processing; and ask for
processing to be restricted.

To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 calendar days at most.
To avoid disclosing data to an unauthorised person, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. Cookies

The site uses a minimal set of cookies, all of them strictly necessary for it to work:

sessionid — keeps your shopping cart and system messages between pages;
csrftoken — protects forms against submission from other sites;
django_language — remembers the language you selected.

The site uses no advertising, tracking or behavioural analytics cookies, carries no social network
pixels, and shares no data with advertising platforms. Strictly necessary cookies do not require
consent, which is why we do not greet you with an acceptance banner.

10. Security

The site operates exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order data in the
administration panel is limited to the employees who need it for their work, according to defined
roles. Payment data is not stored.

11. Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may apply to the National Centre for
Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown at the foot of this page.
